Plan & Pricing
A detailed implementation plan with key phases, deliverables, and team responsibilities. Formal proposal includes licensing terms, development costs, and deployment schedules.
Agreement
A formal agreement defining scope, service levels, and licence conditions. Ensures both teams are aligned before build begins. Typically signed within 2–3 working days.
Deployment & Trial
Your platform is configured with your branding, departments, users, and permissions. Deployed within 10–15 working days of contract signature. A 3-month trial begins post-deployment — no licence fees apply during this period.
Onboarding & Training
